Because we often have to use gluten free alternatives in our house, we've tried a fair few products over the years. It's not always easy to find good quality gluten free pasta in our local supermarkets (though they're getting better), so I've found that ordering through Amazon has been a great alternative.
Below is a list of gluten free pasta, with our favourites being the Garofalo Pasta con legumi and the Garofalo gnocchi.

This is something I believe I saw Jamie Oliver do many years ago, though I cannot remember which show it was.
Making your own gnocchi is super simple and with this method, the kids can very easily get involved.
When you've made your gnocchi dough of choice, just use butter paddles and simply rub your pasta dough (about a half a thumb's size) along the lines of the paddle. It will form into a gorgeous looking gnocchi that you then boil for a minute or so (until the gnocchi floats to the top of the pan).

Because I keep getting asked what books I'm currently reading, I've set up an online bookshop where you can browse my favourite books. My children have also set up their favourite books in their own section.
