Every first Monday in a new month we run a phytonutrient cleanse programme to help you kickstart your new healthy eating habits. The programme runs for 10 days, but we often find that many of our clients adopt a lot of the changes between the cleanses as well.
Over time these changes become permanent and as a result, a healthier lifestyle is developed.
During our 10 day cleanse programme, we focus on eating right, but also on sleeping enough, drinking enough water, practising self care, and much more. Because we do these cleanses in a closed Facebook group, these is a real sense of community, and you will find support from other participants as well as those of us who run it.
