My mission is to help mums go from exhausted to energised by encouraging simple, sustainable steps to wellness. If mum is energised, she is able to help her whole family create the tools they need to build lasting, healthy habits together.
As a mum of young children myself, I know how tricky it can be to find your way back to, or create new, healthy habits that last. Especially if you want to get picky children involved.
Because I've been on this journey myself, and have a young picky eater, I have gained the experience, plus some tips and tricks along the way, that allow me to help you make the changes you need to make to get your energy and healthy back!
Deciding to lead a healthier lifestyle doesn't have to be an all or nothing affair. I'm a firm believer in balance and allowing yourself a treat now and then. Call it intuitive eating, or call it having balance.
In our recipes section you'll find both super healthy meals, and some meals that are almost equally as healthy, but really hit the sweet spot when you need it.
I felt my digestive system was more efficient, and found that the inclination towards buying and eating more fresh fruit and vegetables, and steering away from caffeine and refined sugar has stayed with me even after the 10 days. I look forward to the next one!

So pleased we did it! I struggled towards the end with not being as prepared as last week, and fighting illness and sleepless nights with the baby, but... I'm now craving the healthy food and not actually enjoying the treats as much as I think. Hoorah! I will love to carry on with the capsules and shakes and still follow most of the guidelines, as I've found all the tips and encouragement really helpful. xx

It's funny, but since I started the cleanse I've had no bloating at all and I feel so much lighter. I'm hoping to continue after the 10 days and see where it takes me.

It's actually been much easier than I thought and will definitely continue with a lot of the process like eliminating milk, caffeine and adding more veg and protein in. I've found some great non alcoholic tipples as well. I've really enjoyed it and up for the next one. x

Mari recognised my need for a better version of myself health wise, and had shared information about the wholefood capsules previously, but I never found the time or headspace to listen. Then in March 2020 she spoke to me again and thank goodness she did. I started taking them and both my girls are on the chewies, and I really haven't looked back since! I believe they have kept us fit and healthy day to day, but especially in these uncertain times right now!

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that since being on the wholefood capsules for two years and my daughter on the chewies, we've both been in good health ever since. No sickness, not even a snivel! We just generally feel tip top, lovely strong hair and nails, and oh, very regular too! :-D I love knowing that each day we're both getting a top up of natural goodness, no matter what's on the menu that day. We love them and we're in it for life.
